Foam technology

MACRO technology is based on a modular construction of different combinations and covers various high fusion hotmelt applicator models with gear pumps, depending on tank capacity: 50, 120 or 200 liters and up to 4 30 cc/rev pumps (configurable).

• For application of continuous flow and high capacity and efficiency in the fusion of hotmelt granules (reactive and non-reactive);

• Mechanical or pneumatic bypass valve option;
• Wide and easy access to the hotmelt loading zone;
• Automatic feeder;
