Pattern controller

For hotmelt and cold glue applications with variable speed and time settings with 2, 4 or 6 programming channels that allow you to program up to 6 applicators (with dual output connection) and 8 beads by default with the option to identify each individually. It also allows products to be programmed by time or distance (in normal, variable or repetitive mode).

Safety connectors

Activation signal is achieved via fast DIN safety connectors, with intuitive 7” touch screen navigation to start programming quickly and easily, with a user menu that allows the equipment to be configured in an optimal manner for the various application requirements.

Program multiple patterns

Advanced programming and large memory enable you to store up to 100 products. It has a USB port for software upgrades and backups, plus Modbus and Profibus communications (optional) to select the product to be produced for either point or bead applications, or with the option of using a combination of both.

Easy to use, control, precision and speed

It guarantees continuous application without the need to stop production as changes can be made online, with simple and easy opening to allow quick access to its interior.

It is able to achieve a variable speed of up to 600 meters per minute, with firing speeds of under 1 ms, thus enabling pinpoint accuracy and faster application of adhesive.
