M-60 Bonnell

One of the main raw materials in producing mattresses is the Bonnell spring.

The M60 spring machine has the ability to turn 2.2 and 2.4 mm steel wires into perfectly finished springs, with a height between 100 to 170 mm and a diameter between 82 to 96 mm. Properly configured with 2 mm steel wire, it can be adapted for the production of smaller diameter springs.

The softness of the spring knot and coil achieved is due to the high quality of the steel and diamond materials used in the machine design, thus minimizing breakage through a thermal process, making the M60 the Bonnell spring machine as the preferred by most mattress manufacturers.

With a capacity of 60 springs per minute, a brand new automatic lubrication system that allows a longer period of production with less maintenance, touch screen with product counter, optional protective enclosure for sound and air isolation.
