Safe and effective system, with no contamination and carbonization

The Meler adhesive automatic feeder guarantees a continuous level of adhesive inside the tanks of melters, saving the user from having to carry out manual filling.

An alarm system warns of possible loading faults or when the container is completely empty so that it can be refilled.

The system minimizes the carbonization of the adhesive inside the equipment, prevents external contamination of the adhesive and makes reloading tasks easier for the user.

• certification of the adhesive level within the melter unit deposits through the level sensor, eliminating the user’s manual filling task;
• low-level detection light and sound alert system, loading or emptying failures;
• no contamination and cross-linking of the adhesive, keeping the molten adhesive safe from external agents in a fully enclosed system;
• It is possible to adapt the entire system to any MELER fuser model, incorporating adapters specific to each fuser, supplied with controller, filter, sensors and suction system and, as an option, 120L capacity container, for greater autonomy of the whole production system.
